Pricing
We offer half or whole beef for pre-order only, and require a $100 deposit to add your name to our Summer 2018 Reservation List.
Our goal is to select the fittest, highest quality beef for harvest. Our animals are generally 18-20 months old at the point of harvest, and yield an approximately 620-800 pound carcass. We charge $3.75 per pound of carcass, or "hanging weight." See the infographic below for clarification.
In addition to what we charge for the beef, you will pay a flat $200.00 per whole beef or $100 per half beef Harvest Fee and a $1.00 per pound packaging and wrapping charge to the butcher shop. You have the unique opportunity to work directly with an expert local butcher of your choice to identify the cuts that are best suited to your needs, whether that be grilling steaks, juicy burgers or savory roasts.
